I am Hung Wei, and I possess strong learning abilities and the courage to solve problems. I am always eager to challenge myself, constantly striving for personal growth and improvement. Throughout my academic and professional experiences, I have consistently maintained a proactive attitude and am able to quickly adapt and leverage my strengths in diverse environments.

During my master’s program, I was recommended by my school to participate in a dual master's program, and I successfully pursued a Master in Computer Networking at the Queensland University of Technology in Australia. During my time there, I actively participated in projects with local companies. Through these collaborations, I gained a deeper understanding of software development and system construction processes, successfully building an MQTT server in the AWS environment. This experience enhanced my technical abilities and taught me how to collaborate effectively with multicultural teams, while also overcoming various challenges in the projects. Ultimately, I earned both domestic and international master's degrees and gained a deeper understanding of cross-national cooperation and the integration of professional knowledge.

Since October 2022, I have been working at Wiwynn, serving as a Quality Engineer and simultaneously taking on the role of NPI Project Lead. During this time, I have been responsible for quality management and project execution, from EV to mass production. My project experience has provided me with in-depth knowledge of cross-department collaboration, process optimization, and time management, allowing me to remain calm and tackle challenges even under pressure.

I believe that, with my academic background, professional experience, and strong communication and collaboration skills, I will be able to quickly integrate into your company and contribute my expertise.
