Versatile and dedicated engineer with a solid foundation in electronics and mechatronics, ready to contribute and learn in the this industry through collaborative and innovative efforts.
Circuit Design (OrCAD, AltiumDesigner)
My name is Hans Wang, raised in an environment that championed open education, allowing me to delve into a myriad of experiences from a young age. This upbringing enabled me to engage in basic agricultural work and immerse myself in the operations of various small businesses like breakfast shops, shoe repair stores, and electronics shops. Not only did these experiences enrich my childhood, but they also cultivated my ability to quickly learn and adapt to new environments. My enthusiasm extended to sports, participating in swimming, baseball, and sprinting, which taught me the importance of continuous growth.
Throughout my university years, I majored in Mechatronics while exploring agricultural technology, and participated in the basketball team, honing my skills in teamwork and communication. This blend of academic and athletic experiences shaped my problem-solving and collaborative abilities. In graduate school, not only did I complete my academic research, but I also engaged actively in industry-academic collaboration projects. A notable achievement was securing the runner-up position in a Boot Camp organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology, demonstrating my strength in interdisciplinary collaboration and innovative thinking. Additionally, I excelled in an advanced integrated circuit process course co-offered by TSMC, finishing with an outstanding grade of 97.
My professional journey includes roles as an engineer at Micron Tech. and Liteon Crop., focusing on equipment engineering and the development of consumer electronics, respectively. At Micron, I led digitalization projects that enhanced operational efficiency through the development of three core functionalities. My tenure at Liteon involved developing innovative computer peripherals in collaboration with internationally renowned brands like Dell and Corsair, which deepened my understanding of the significance of teamwork, customer communication, and rapid learning.
A professor once motivated us with the "0.99^n V.S. 1.01^n" principle, highlighting how small, consistent efforts can lead to significant changes. This principle has guided me to continuously improve myself, both professionally and personally. My work experience taught me to maintain efficiency and creativity under pressure and underscored the importance of cross-cultural communication and teamwork in today's global business environment.
I am eager to join your company, believing that its culture of innovation and excellence is the ideal environment for my growth. I look forward to applying my diverse background and skills to meet challenges and contribute to technological advancements alongside your team. I am enthusiastic about contributing to your company and achieving professional growth in the process.
