Over the past decade I've learned the value of team building in the workplace. One must have the skill to work with people individually and in a group environment. My experience has provided me with the necessary skill set to work with many different personality types. With my broad range of experience in different work environments I've learned to build bridges of communication. This is a challenge that I enjoy. I bring with me a large skill set that allows me to become a valuable team member by identifying needs and taking action where needed. My professional goals are to focus on a supervisory or management path. I wish to provide effective management with a level of proficiency and attention to detail to achieve company goals.
