1. Design and development of 12-inch front-opening wafer transfer box (FOUP) products in semiconductor fabs, and published a new invention patent: 8-inch cassette are converted into 12-inch FOUP. The R.O.C Invention Publication Public number: 201839889.
2.Invented a new design: 12-inch front-opening wafer transfer box (FOUP) container door support structure. Patent Gazette of the Republic of China, certificate number: I641071.
Responsibility:
1.The fixture and automation design for DVD production lines.
2.ODD mold project leader . Lead the Ultra slim chassis mold design and release for production. Establish and maintain the schedule of mass production mold.
Achievement:
1. From 2007 to 2008, design the automobiles DVD jigs, and was responsible for the development of assembly line fixtures for M10/M7 and other series models. The average output is about 30 sets of tools a year.
2. From 2010 to 2012, successfully developed PPS resin to replace the traditional sheet metal parts (TVS). Among them, the production capacity of the 8A8SH model reached the goal of 4 million pieces per month, enabling the company to continue to maintain its industrial competitiveness. In 2012, led the new engineer intern are engaged in the cost reduction project of the new model 8A9SH rail, and successfully replaced the traditional sheet metal parts with PPS engineering plastics. The case was successfully mass-produced and the company maintained its industrial competitiveness.
3. From 2013 to 2014, successfully developed a PC engineering plastic (glass fiber and mineral fiber) mold for laptop ultra slim 9.5mm DVD , mainly combining traditional tray and chassis structure to achieve the purpose of cost reduction. To maintain the company's industrial competitiveness. Successfully mass-produce more than 20 sets in the duplicated molds. And lead the design team to improve the 12.7mm tray production yield problem and reduce the scrap rate by about 2%. Lead the ODD plastic design team to fabricate 12.7mm/9.5mm/9.0 mm tray successfully achieved the goal of duplicating mold mass production. In 2014, it successfully assisted in the transfer of ODD mass production of 12.7mm/9.5mm/9.0mm tray molds to Beihai factory in Guangxi so that the company could achieve the goal of cost reduction.
4. Engaged in the design and development of automation equipment from 2014 to 2016, designed an automatic film attaching machine for diode process, successfully introduced the first prototype into the production line for trial production, and has entered the third generation of modification and verification.
