負責數位金融服務的開發及維護，目前職務為部副主管，兼任技術架構暨SRE組主管，部門人數80以上，負責個人行動銀行及網路銀行，企業行動銀行及網路銀行，官網，E櫃檯，Azure雲端開發區，數據中台，智能風控系統，智能防弊系統，智能客服系統及新興科技研究與導入。

元大銀行於2021年啟動數位轉型策略三年計劃，特別著重在數位金融科技的發展，組織改組將數金開發人員從資訊部獨立，成立數位創新開發部，並開始大量從軟體業招募人才。本人於2022/12加入數位創新開發部，協助團隊招募建立，擬定數位轉型策略，設計技術架構，引入敏捷軟體開發流程及建立基於Azure DevOps的版控及自動過版流程，至2024/8已完成以下專案:

• Azure雲端開發區: 2023/11月上線啟用，元大金控首例開發上雲，本人負責架構設計，專案規劃與執行，配合微軟與安永團隊，完成雲-地整合開發流程，於Azure雲端開發區進行開發及版控，單元測試，自動化開源套件掃瞄，源碼檢測後，透過 CI/CD pipeline 從雲端部署到地端環境，進行SIT及UAT，部署到營運環境。完全改變銀行人工作業，全程以CI/CD自動化腳本完成，此Azure雲端開發區亦為數位創新開發部後續專案之主要開發流程。
• 新鑽金個人/商務行動銀行: 重新打造新一代行動銀行，重新打造前後端架構，前端以vue.js 3.x，後端以SpringBoot, JDK 17重新開發行動銀行，採用Spring Cloud及Micro Service架構，前後端分離，後端採BFF(Backend For Frontend)及Business Service分離架構，解構前端頁面與後端業務邏輯，以支援Micro Service架構發展，本專案於2024/7已上線進行總行試營運，預計2025正式提供客戶使用。
• 微服務平台驗證: 為因應行動銀行高流量，高業務複雜度的維運場景，規劃導入基於K8S的基礎平台，於2024/7完成新鑽金行動銀行部署於Redhat OCP及VMWare Tanzu平台驗證，後續開始架構規劃及導入。
• 智能風控系統: 改變過往銀行作業及報表配合人工查調方式，導入python scikit-learn ML library, 將風控作業自動化和智能化，低風險案件自動註記免查，高風險輔以人工查調確認。大幅降減人力工時。
• 智能防弊系統: 針對金管會理專21誡行為模式，利用Machine Learning分析理專及帳官客戶的金流往來情形，使用Neo4J Graph DB進行金流分析，自動標示風險註記。
• 數據中台建置: 打破金融業data silo，建立Data Lack基礎架構，底層以Hadoop + S3 object store為主，匯集Data Warehouse資料，主機交易資料，數位通路行為軌跡等原本散落各處理資料，資料應用層透過Data Virtualization技術(Presto, Iceberg)等提供數據應用，基於K8S實作MLOps提供分析人員探索式應用。

從純軟體領域跨進金融領域，協助金融業數位轉型，挑戰並非技術本身，組織文化，工作流程及對改變的抗拒，為最主要的阻力，本人加入元大一年多，協助組織換血，從30人團隊擴編至近90人，換心，大量引入軟體人才，引入新流程，新方法，新工具，衝突和矛盾不少，但本人堅信，唯有不斷改變創新，才能不斷前進。

Gogoro 作為Smart Scooter的領導品牌，相信軟體才是 Gogoro 的核心競爭力，Gogoro Software VP 來自 HTC和趨勢科技，希望有一位技術背景的Product Management Head，來帶領Software PM Team與Engineer Team溝通和協作，在 Gogoro Product Director 期間主要負責:

• GNOP (Gogoro Network Operation Platform): 管理 Gogoro 能源網路(換電站)的系統，主要功能為監看所有換電站的電池狀態，電網負載。
• Sales Dashboard / Portal: 經銷商/直營店/加盟店使用的系統，訂單管理，維修管理，售後服務
• Billing Dashboard: 資費帳費管理系統，結算資費，出帳，過戶..
• Reward Dashboard: Gogoro Reward 點數管理平台，Gogoro Reward 結算，對帳，報表
• My Account / My Wallet 帳號管理，錢包及支付系統
• Fleet Dashboard 車隊管理系統
• ...

Gogoro的軟體全為自行開發，本人在Gogoro期間主要工作是規劃Product Roadmap，與User單位包含工廠，財務，設計，銷售部門溝通，確保產品規劃符合業務需求，PM確認User Experience及提供規格，與Engineering Team溝通確保功能如期上線。在職期間仍順利推動完成Gogoro Reward系統和台新Gogoro聯名卡的整合，這是Gogoro軟體部門少數on schedule上線的專案之一。

這段工作時間較短，主要考量Product Manager的職務無法規劃本人的專長，亦不符合本人長期職涯發展方向。

KKBOX是KKCompany集團下的串流音樂服務，已上線營運20年，在台/港/日/星/馬等地提供服務，任職KKBOX期間為Backend Team的主管，直接report給CEO，管理五個工程部門，總人數約60:

• Web Team - 負責KKBOX官網，風雲榜網站，Web Player及所有網頁前端開發
• Platform Team - 平台部，提供API服務給各平台client，包含iOS/Andriod/Web
• Billing Team - 會員及帳務部，會員中心，儲值和金流
• Open Platform Team - 開放平台部，提供API服務給合作夥伴，IoT裝置，音響設備，智慧音箱，車用音響等
• Streaming Team - 串流技術部，曲庫，Audio Delivery，版稅結算

Achievements:

• KKBOX服務上雲: KKBOX後端原大部份部署於台灣本地機房，主機數量(超過2000台設備)及儲存空間(100PB)管理不易，集團於2020左右啟動大規模服務上雲，陸續將主服務遷移上Azure及AWS
• 發展開放生態系及IoT業務: KKBOX決定跨出手機裝置，拓展更多應用場景，本人主導成立開發Open API並與合作廠商產合，包含Google，Apple，小米音箱，Sonos，Roon及各大音響商
• KKBOX高音質服務: 全新開發串流架構，推動KKBOX Hi-Res服務，將音檔品質從320k提昇到24bit/96K，亞洲第一個提供高音質音樂服務的串流業者

在KKBOX任職期間，主要收獲是更多的大型網路服務維運經驗，完整的DevOps開發流程，SRE工程文化的實踐，大量維運自動化，KKBOX服務營運於三大公有雲上，數千個VM及Docker，超過100PB的資料量，SRE團隊只有不到10個人，靠的就是大量的自動化和甚少人為介入everything run on code的文化，只要能寫程式，我們不用人做事。
