• Led the development of core firmware functions for industrial inverters, including motor control algorithm, system control logic, industrial communication interfaces, and multi-platform MCU integration.
• Implemented IM/PM motor-control features, covering open-loop/closed-loop operation, feedback loop handling, and drive behavior coordination.
• Implemented MCU features according to product requirements, ensuring proper integration of hardware functions and system behavior.
• Developed and integrated communication protocols and system behaviors tailored to customer requirements, supporting seamless interaction with client devices.
• Collaborated with FAE, hardware teams, and algorithm developers to analyze customer issues, reproduce field conditions, and deliver effective firmware solutions.
