During my tenure at Wipro, I was primarily responsible for product testing based on customer requirements, with a focus on system upgrades. The testing process was divided into two parts: external users and the factory side.

On the factory side, I configured server parameters according to customer requirements and connected to device by router WiFi. Using NFC technology, I simulated the contactless system upgrade process as it would occur during product deployment. After each test, I provided detailed reports on the test results to ensure the smooth execution of the system upgrade process.
