I have worked as a product manager, participated in the development of new projects, followed up on the progress and schedule of projects, integrated the product-related operations and processes of various departments of the company, and held regular project meetings to control the progress of projects. I am responsible for coordinating the operations of procurement, production, engineering and transportation, and cooperating with the procurement department to achieve the timeliness of materials. Only in this way can the quality of the project plan be ensured. I have the ability to efficiently plan, convene, record and follow up on the progress of various meetings during the development stage, coordinate the execution, management, problem tracking and resolution of projects of various departments, handle quality issues fed back by customers, and be familiar with and use quality control technology. The project design and development progress control, cost control and closing procedures, and the smooth transfer of products to other plants to enter the mass production stage. Due to in-depth contact and frequent communication with the business end of each department, the project goals were achieved.
