• Take responsibility to drive business growth and enable Play to Win behavior by inspiring and equipping our marketing talent with the right approaches, tools, skills, attitude, and mindset to deliver impactful results.
• Build up marketing capabilities with focusing on Go-to-Market transformation & Omnichannel strategy.

Take responsibility for leading medical strategy development, tactics implementation, KOLs engagement and resource allocation for all pipelines (Oncology, Immunology, CVRM and Anti-infection therapeutic areas) to meet company objectives.

Take charge of hematology business, launch 2 new indications and lead both sales (5 MRs) and marketing (2 PMs) team to develop portfolio strategies and executions.

• Take charge of integrated business of FMI portfolios in China and lead 3 PMs (LC, BC and GU) to develop brand marketing, pricing and access strategies.

Take charge of women's cancer business, launch 2 new indications, lead junior PM and all cross-functional team to develop portfolio strategies and executions.

Lead 8 countries diagnostic team to develop high quality diagnostic strategy plan and monitor the progress of execution of all diagnostic executions.

Lead TW team to build-up liquid biopsy (ctDNA) testing capabilities of T790M mutation in medical centers and accelerate Tagrisso launch.

• Take charge of oncology TA in TW, and lead 5 MSLs and 1 diagnostic liaison to develop medical strategic plans, execution and RWE generation.

Take charge of PGL team and lead 20 team members to get ISO17025 & ISO15189 four genes testing certificates, and focus on IVD in companion diagnostic test in NSCLC.
