I have worked in the semiconductor field for ten years, mainly installing dry etching machines and troubleshooting after installation to keep the machines in production.
When the generation changes, the machine also needs to be installed and relocated. Therefore, in the past ten years, it has been in the semiconductor industry from the 12nm machine when it first entered the semiconductor industry to the current 2nm machine.
My job requires working with foreigners. I attach great importance to the working atmosphere and will discuss the work schedule with foreigners. I will also communicate and coordinate with clients at work to ensure that the work can be on schedule.
I will actively complete the work assigned by my boss. Even if I have just started working in a new field, I will consult my seniors first, and then learn and correct it in practice, so that the work can be completed on schedule. If I am familiar with the work field, I will be willing to guide newcomers. Currently, I mainly guide how to operate machines, install machines, move machines and troubleshoot.
Due to past work experience, I can quickly become familiar with future work content, become a force that can share the work, and integrate into the team more quickly.
