I have 38 years of hands-on experience in the electronics industry, the printed circuit board sector. I was trained in West Germany's Degussa Electronik (1983) in all platforms of printed circuit board manufacturing (PCB manufacturing). After training, I started as a process engineer for waste treatment and electroplating processes with 31 direct reports. Subsequently, I joined various top-tier pcb manufacturing brands such as Wus, Viasystems, MFlex, TTM, Multek etcetera. I progressed in roles as R&D Director, Engineering Director, Deputy General Manager and General Manager. My last position was Senior Technical Consultant for MFS Technology (Hunan) Ltd. I am a transformational leader with proven abilities in change management to improve operations and bottom-line profitability. My unique skills are utilising concepts extracted from IDEF (Integrated definitions modelling), MpCpS (Machine, process capability and characterisation) process audits, statistical and data analysis to improve engineering and quality issues. I am a certified black belt practitioner in Lean Six Sigma and data analytics.
