Summary

I would like to be considered for the Sales Representative position which has recently been opened by your company. I believe I have qualifications and skills that would allow me to fulfill the requirements of this position as detailed within this resume.

After graduating from college with a Bachelor degree in International Trade in July 2002, I joined a trading company (Sanyei Corporation Ltd) where I was a sales assistant for nearly three years. In this position I was involved in quotations, order fulfillment, shipping, customer liaison, new product research, and other areas as required. The experience from this job gave me outstanding skills in negotiation and communication in a variety of settings. I also realized that English and financial knowledge were essential skills for my future career, so I decided to study in the United States for a master degree.

I studied for two years in the USA, focusing on business analysis, macroeconomic theory, portfolio management, and personal financial planning. Business analysis is a particular area of interest for me, given that I have now developed knowledge of the economy and market cultures of the West. While in the US, I broadened my knowledge of Western economic principles by majoring in finance and economics, and also involving myself within the American economic culture by attending any seminars or other events that occurred during my time there. This has helped me to develop a global perspective on business and finance. I graduated from the US with a Master degree in Finance and Economics in December 2006.

After returning to Taiwan, I gained employment with the Cooler Master Company Ltd in October 2007. My operation management’s position there involves a variety of duties including stock forecasting, stock level adjustment, freight cost control, and branch team liaison. I also work in coordination with the product manager in the launch of new products, and ensuring timely delivery of existing products. Within this position, I have also developed project management skills, being involved in a variety of business projects from beginning to completion, with requirements to schedule and deliver different project components in a satisfactory and timely way.

Afterward, I have switched to LED industry and as an Account Manager who is in charge of Russia and Europe customers. As an Account Manager, I have dedicated myself to taking care of existing customers and finding new customers in Russia and Europe. I also need to cooperate internally with the RD team to develop the specification for customers’ needs. Providing the best and the fastest service to our customers is our rule 101. Furthermore 3~4 new customers have been developed in one year through different portals. I was also in charge of Electronica exhibition 2012 in Munich, Germany.

In 2013, I switched to my current job in which I am responsible for new business development of the server market. My job function is to confer with potential customers regarding server and embedded chassis needs and advice customers on types of solution purchases. I also monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. What my success in this job has indicated is an increased in the sales revenue from zero to USD 5.35 Millions per year by winning Korean major customer Samsung’s projects, and also I have developed new reliable worldwide customers and sales revenue has been grown 250% from 2018 to 2022.I am very confident to say that I am capable of helping company to grow on the business.

I believe my personal and academic background, the ability to communicate in Mandarin and English, and knowledge of working on ODM and OBM Server business, have given me the skills to be a successful Sales Representative for your company.
