•Check the quantity and lot number per lot before Loading and unloading PCB into the machine.

•To ensure the quality of every PCB by proper handling based on SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) implemented by the company.

•After processing the whole lot, make sure that the actual quality is same as written on the run card before dispatching it.

•Check the quantity of the lot that is given to you in actual based on the run card that is given to me

•Loading and unloading the solar wafer and handling it with caution

•Make sure that every solar wafer is coated with ink very well .

•Ensure the not just the quantity but also important is the quality of every piece of whole batch per lot.

•Double checking the product before dispatching it.

•Inspect products to verify conformance to specifications and direct set-up and adjustment of machine.

•Study production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment.

•Interpret company policies to workers safety regulations.

•Give interpret specifications, job orders to workers and their assign duties.

•Analyze and resolve work problems.

•Responsible for overall direction, coordination, and evaluation in the production department.

•Coordinates Production Manager and Commissary Manager to improve and maintain specified quality and quantity standards.

•In summary of all my responsibilities is to provide and support company operations and coordinate for planning and directing through effective and efficient manufacturing activities and make sure that workers are practicing the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) at all times.
