Playing guitar, Basketball, swimming, Badminton

I played guitar as one of my stress reliever, and I also shared this skill in our religious group on weekly basis supporting our very own choir members. During the weekend I also played any of these sports such basketball, badminton , swimming with friends and colleagues. I find these sports as one of way of  keeping my health  status on top away from any major health issues. Keeping health on top does not require age limit, but a dedication and passion of doing things that you love most.
