• Coordinated architectural, civil, and structural aspects, fostering effective collaboration among project teams.
• - Managed the project workflow and schedule, addressing design challenges with limited input.
• Attend weekly meeting with consultants and subcontractors for Cleanroom, AMHS system, bulk liquid logistic, anti-blast assembly and take minutes.
• Evaluated RFPs (Request for Proposals) and Equipment Requisitions to determine optimal solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinated meetings and reviews between CSA (Civil / Structure/ Architecture) and MEP (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Piping) teams across different offices and time zones.
• Managed subcontracting work, which included tasks related to cleanrooms, equipment procurement, permitting, and billing.
• Collaborated closely with clients in a task force environment, ensuring effective document control, addressing technical queries, and responding to RFIs (Requests for Information).
