During the past two years at AUO Corp., I embarked on my professional journey initially focusing on AI research. However, a sudden departmental restructuring led me to assume the role of Material Systems Engineer. Actively participating in various critical projects, this transition not only broadened my perspective but also allowed me to demonstrate my expertise across different domains. In addition to my technical proficiency, I possess extensive experience in team management. During this period, I had the privilege of leading a team of seven colleagues. As the team leader, I maximized work efficiency by assigning tasks based on each member's strengths and capabilities.   • Material Management Systems: Implemented inventory management mechanisms for materials such as PI liquid and liquid crystal, utilizing the Bootstrap framework and developing web pages using Asp.Net to streamline paper-based operations. Through system optimization and automation, we successfully enhanced work efficiency, reduced human errors, and saved valuable time and costs for the company.
  • Refrigerator IoT Sensor Temperature Monitoring: Led the implementation of temperature monitoring utilizing XBee communication modules to report temperature information. Established an auto-mail notification system to promptly alert any abnormal conditions, ensuring real-time monitoring of refrigerator temperatures.
  • Material AGV Handling System: Collaborated with internal automation equipment departments and manufacturing departments to consolidate requirements and establish an AGV automatic handling system. Reduced material handling time from 20 minutes to 10 minutes per trip, effectively minimizing the time and manpower previously required for manual material handling.
  • Python Instructor: Leveraged my Python expertise acquired during my academic years to serve as an instructor within the department. Dedicated to sharing knowledge and experience with team members, I aimed to enhance the soft skills of every engineer, thereby strengthening our competitiveness.
