Personality -
I am an optimistic person who builds cooperative relationships with my colleagues in recent work. I love to acquire new knowledge and techniques to solve the problems I encounter. I work precisely and responsibly to ensure the reliability of analytical data.
Bachelor's degree -
I participated in a laboratory project investigating the alleviating effects of supplement treatments on dry eye in mice. During this period, I learned experimental design, animal care, tissue embedding, sectioning, staining techniques, and scientific poster preparation. I completed a poster at an international conference and an undergraduate research project. Upon graduation, I successfully passed the National Medical Technologist Examination.
Master's degree -
When I was a master's student, I focused on investigating the expression patterns of miR-122 in mice organs, blood, and urine under conditions such as obesity, diabetes, and diabetic nephropathy, aiming to develop novel biomarkers for metabolic diseases. Based on these experiments, I completed my thesis "The Alternation of miR-122 During Metabolic Abnormalities” for my master's degree at NYCU. Throughout my research, I improved my experimental design skills and learned techniques such as Western blotting, PCR, cell culture, exosome isolation, and data analysis.
Now -
I am a medical technologist in Taipei Veterans General Hospital. Working as a quality control technician, I am responsible for reviewing data and analytical reports, managing reference standards, revising SOPs, conducting contamination assessments, participating in TFDA inspections, and preparing improvement reports. Additionally, I conduct urinary drug screening, cannabis confirmation tests, and venous blood collection. To strengthen my background knowledge, I actively participate in conferences and seminars.
Self-Expectation -
Taking my academic research experience (Tissue sectioning, staining, Molecular biology techniques, Experimental design, and Data analysis) and clinical laboratory practice (Quality control, Instrument operation) together, I have developed both a solid theoretical foundation and practical laboratory experience. With strong learning ability and adaptability, I am confident in my ability to handle new tasks effectively. I look forward to contributing my skills to your team.
