• Shin Kong cinemas is one of Taiwan's chain cinema systems.
• In 2004, it took over from UCI Paramount cinemas.
• From 2004 to 2013, the cinemas is beneath the wing of shin kong mitsukoshi, the biggest department store chain in Taiwan.
• Shin Kong cinemas was officially independent from Shin Kong Mitsukoshi and began its transformation in 2013, and had its 4th cinemas site and mall in early 2020.
• Lead an enterprise of 13 department leaders and directors at headquarter, 4 cinema branches, 4 IP merchandise shops and a shopping mall, in meeting performance goals throughout market changes and financial/operational challenges.
• Oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting and auditing.
• Make major corporate decisions, manage the company's overall resources and operations, and communicate with the board of directors, management teams, and corporate operations.
• Develope and implement operational policies and strategic plans.
• Spearheaded cross-functional initiatives across departments to achieve business goals for bottom-line profits.
• Expanding enterprise profiles on not only its core business , but also on mall management, movie merchandise selling and distribution.

· The 4th cinemas site of Shin Kong Cinemas has successfully opened on July 2020. It is a new type of complex cinemas across movies, gourmet, shopping and retails. Even under COVID-19 challenge, its opening has brought a great media attention and has gained a tremendous amount of profit.

· The project is fully under my supervision from contract negotiation to the whole aspects of design, construction and management process. On 2021, its exquisite design style has gained MUSE design award.

· VIE SHOW CINEMAS is the largest cinema chain in Taiwan. It has 16 sites and a total of 162 theaters, including eight IMAX theaters and five 4DX studios and four Gold Class top studios. Formerly known as Warner Village Cinemas, which was run from 1998 to 2004, it was founded by Warner Bros. Pictures and Australia's Vie Show Entertainment Group.

TAIPEI:

· To manage the biggest cinemas in Taiwan, which entails supervising 300 staffs & an operation team.

· Resolved conflicts and negotiated mutually beneficial agreements between parties.

· To be in charge of a billion-dollar P&L performance and financial controlling.

· To collaborate and coordinate between departments and movie distributors.

TAICHUNG:

· To manage two cinemas site and concerned with every day growth and inspections to make sure quality and goals were being met.

· Resolved problems, improved operations and provided exceptional service.

· ACHIEVEMENTS: Constantly chosen as one of the best cinemas on service in Taiwan.
