Keith Woomer

I am a highly motivated individual with broad teaching experience. I am a passionate, organized and enthusiastic teacher. I always aspire to create a student-centered environment in my classrooms. In order to increase learning outcomes, I design all of my lessons to be interactive, engaging, and scaffolded. I also make sure that every lesson has specific learning objectives, so that students know what their goals are and how to achieve them. I chose this career path because I am passionate about learning in my own life as well. I enjoy reading about a variety of topics including history, the humanities, language, psychology, nutrition, and fitness. When I am not in the classroom, I enjoy cycling, running, surfing, hiking, playing guitar and traveling. I am open to teaching elementary and secondary school.
