Project Description:
The project involves in-depth research into the sustainability standards for packaging materials used in Taiwan. It aims to explore how to strike a balance between current regulations and the services provided by delivery platforms. Additionally, the goal is to transition the packaging materials used by Uber Eats partner merchants to sustainable materials, ultimately establishing Uber Eats as a green delivery platform.
In the past, I have worked with multiple e-commerce and food delivery platforms, gaining expertise in client management and cross-departmental communication. Through these experiences, I have helped brands effectively increase their exposure and order volumes.
Responsible for assisting restaurants with the onboarding process, planning appropriate onboarding procedures for clients, and providing pre-launch training.
After launch, I manage ongoing updates to restaurant menus and maintain client relationships.
