Line Maintenance Mechanic

• Perform various line maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, defect rectification, and routine inspections.
• Execute scheduled maintenance work orders such as Pre-Departure Check, Stayover Check, and Turnaround Check to ensure aircraft airworthiness and on-time performance.
• Diagnose and resolve aircraft system malfunctions by following OEM maintenance manuals and troubleshooting procedures.

• Coordinate material preparation and allocation based on engine manufacturing dates to ensure timely availability.
• Utilize Oracle and warehouse management systems to request and retrieve non-routine scheduled consumables.
• Distribute aircraft materials to responsible personnel for different engine modules, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Verify and allocate parts received from bench/warehouse (RO/PO) to the kitting process and manage their transition to the Auto Warehouse for further processing.
• Support Kitting Module operations, including kit assembly, material cart preparation, and on-time delivery to align with engine assembly progress.
• Assist in executing CMRO (Component Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) system operations, ensuring compliance with maintenance procedures and material traceability.

Aircraft Interior Maintenance & Repair

• Perform inspections, repairs, and replacements of cabin interiors, including seats, overhead bins, galleys, lavatories, and panels to ensure passenger safety and comfort.
• Troubleshoot and rectify defects related to cabin furnishings, lighting systems, and in-flight entertainment (IFE) units in accordance with maintenance manuals and regulatory standards.
• Conduct structural repairs and cosmetic refurbishments on interior components to maintain aircraft aesthetics and functionality.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of cabin repair tasks and aircraft serviceability.

Automotive Service Technician – Volkswagen Taiwan

• Performed diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Volkswagen internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles and electric vehicles (EVs), ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards.
