1. Shilin Chongyang Bridge Motorcycle Ramp Curve Improvement Project

• Role: Civil Engineer (2017/04~2017/07)
• Managed site operations, including surveying, sampling, and coordinating various tasks.
• Handled administrative tasks such as preparing inspection forms, safety checklists, and daily reports.
• Gained experience in piling, bridge substructure and superstructure, and related works.

2. Taipei International Airport T4 Expansion Project

• Role: Civil Engineer (2017/08~2018/06)
• Participated in the first phase (out of three) of a ROT (Rehabilitate-Operate-Transfer) project.
• Managed quality control, subcontractor coordination, project schedule, interface coordination, and participated in meetings and presentations.
• Worked with various engineering disciplines including PC pile, steel structure, waterproofing, and partition works.

3. Yanping Road Extension (Phase II) & Future Expansion Project

• Role: Senior Civil Engineer (2018/10~2020/07)
• Assisted the project manager with overall project management, from planning and preparation to project completion and acceptance.
• Coordinated construction techniques, structural safety analysis, and progress monitoring.
• Gained significant experience with drainage, geotechnical, road, and landscaping works, and learned to adapt to tight project schedules.

4. Lide Road Connection to Zhongyi Metro Station Project

• Role: Project Manager/Professional Civil Engineer (2020/12~2022/10)
• Led bidding preparation and proposal writing.
• Managed overall project progress, team coordination, and communication with contractors and clients.
• Oversaw the execution of construction, quality control, and schedule management, particularly in bridge and civil works.

5. Green Energy Baling Factory and Yunlin Taixi Wind Turbine Foundation Projects

• Role: Professional Civil Engineer (2023/07~2024/06)
• Supported technical inspections, plan verification, and provided technical assistance for both private sector projects.
• Contributed to site evaluations and confirmed designs for foundation works, steel structures, and interior renovations.

6. Taiwan National Road 9 (Ruixiang to Sanmin) Road Widening Project

• Role: Project Manager/Professional Civil Engineer (2024/04~2025/01)
• Managed project organization, schedule planning, document management, and coordination.
• Handled structural analysis, procurement, cost estimation, and communications with project stakeholders.
• Managed environmental preservation and water conservation activities for the project site.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit for creating 3D models, using Navisworks for clash detection and pre-construction conflict resolution.
• Experience in creating 3D models in SketchUp for team training and improving site execution accuracy.
