• Served as a Japan Market Specialist at the Taiwan branch of Return Helper, responsible for managing the Japan market and maintaining client relationships. The company primarily offers international cross-border return logistics and overseas warehousing services.
• Since joining in April, significant contributions include successfully establishing the company's Japanese legal entity registration and setting up a corporate bank account in Japan.
• Assisted the Japanese sales team in developing and operating the Japan market, resulting in contracts with 40 Japanese companies since the department's establishment in April 2024.
• Current responsibilities encompass:
  1.Operating the overseas return ERP system and communicating with overseas warehouses.
  2.Proposing customized return solutions for Japanese clients.
  3.Supporting the Japanese sales team with market development.
  4.Managing daily customer service inquiries and consultations.

• Worked at MicroAd Taiwan, a Japanese-owned internet advertising agency, for nine years, being part of the first batch of employees during the company's initial operations in Taiwan. Held various positions within the company, including Sales, Digital Advertising Optimizer, Advertising Designer, and Web Designer. In the later stages of the tenure, the focus shifted primarily to design-related work, encompassing advertising design and web design.
• Provided services for multiple major Japanese clients in the beauty care, fashion, and other industries. Created project pages for crowdfunding platforms along with advertising creatives and materials, generating a total of over TWD 2 million from the crowdfunding projects, which achieved over 200% of the KPI.
• Proficient in using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, HTML, CSS, and Google Tag Manager.
