I have been working in chemical industry for nearly 20 years, from process engineer to current deputy plant manager, from on-site process management, quality assurance, engineering planning, to manage four departments: process, EHS, maintenance, and quality assurance. I worked in the electronic chemicals department at the LCY Plant, serving as the electronic chemicals contact person for TSMC and LCY , I had experienced EIPA verification to TSMC 5 nm process . while TSMC set up a plant in Kaohsiung, electronic chemicals would increasingly become a key chemical product. I want to expand my career development, so I choose to expand my chemical professional field in electronic chemical filed.
1) Improvement of operation process: paperless improvement, import the original daily report of the duty supervisor, daily production report, personnel inspection process point record, material collection list and other paper operations into the DCS system.
2) DCS improvement operation: import the phD system to avoid meter reading errors and improve personnel efficiency, and can produce daily reports irregularly or regularly.
3) Personnel integration: integrate the personnel of the two units into one unit, and transfer other personnel to the normal day shift to improve the normal day shift operation efficiency.
4) Environmental protection: the process exhaust gas is introduced into the water washing tower to implement environmental protection.
5) Work safety: Plant planning separates people and vehicles to improve personnel safety,set sidewalk on the plant rayout.
6) Condensation water recovery , introduced into wate fire pool to avoid unnecessary waste.
7) Implement regular calibration of instruments and regular replacement of standard products to improve the reliability of test data
8) For corrosion-prone pipelines, NDT has been implemented every six months to improve pipeline reliability.
9) Improve production quality and reduce customer complaints: Add IPQC final inspection points to prevent re-mixing of semi-finished products with poor quality.
10) Improve cooling tower fans and replace heat sinks to improve cooling tower heat dissipation efficiency.
11) Plant expansion project: Hydrogenation process planning and design, including site selection and design, is still in progress.
12) Implement MOC and PSSR to enhance workers process management and process safety concepts.
UPC Technology Corporation
1)DOP plant build: responsible for plant planning, from the whole land reclamation, steel construction, equipment into the plant, pipeline ISO review, instrument function testing, test drive all the time to production.
2)Responsible for the production of plasticizers, hydrogenation process environmental protection plasticizers, for continuous process, can produce 50 tons per day.
3)Support for the planning of new plants on the mainland: Jointly formed in Zhenjiang, mainland China, responsible for coordinating new equipment, driving plans and assisting in test drive proposals.
一. Enginering Planning Manager
1) Responsible for the special chemical pilot plant planning building: hydrogenated DCPD , removal of benzene ring, become an environmentally friendly product, and applied to the field of optics product.
2)Improvement of process moisture: Increase bottom purge, increase reflux and coordinate with the raw material factory process, reduce moisture by adjusting the raw material quality selection and purification process conditions, and improve production quality.
二. Quality Manager
1)The ISO-9001 quality management system and IATF16949 system of the quality assurance unit maintain appropriate and effective operations.
2)Raw material incoming inspection (IQC), process inspection (IPQC), final product inspection (FQC), and outbound inspection (OQC) operations to ensure product quality
3)Investigate and analyze root cause for customer complaints, and track future improvements.
4)Coordinated cross-departmental teams, make EIPA pass the verification for TSMC 5nm process.
