I worked as HW NPI PM position at Aeolus Robotics (https://aeolusbot.com). Aeolus is a fast-growing robotics company deploying robotic services in a broad range of industries, building the hardware and software to launch a fully-autonomous 2-arm robot in human environments. As a HW NPI PM, my R&R includes:

• Help drive all projects to mat'l wise & success-oriented, also deliver quality products to site customers.
• Manage projects with a holistic approach, from PoC to make-it-happen.
• Help w/ the global product development plans collaboratively with all project stakeholders.
• Foresee/ identify the critical and near-critical paths in the project and coordinate the action plans to mitigate the impacts.
• Contain and keep project risks in check.
• Drive decision management process and arbitrate disagreements among function teams.
• Coordinate w/ technical managers to define and acquire the sources needed so as to meet the goals of their projects (incl. headcounts/ equipments/ external services... etc).

I had been employed by Pegatron Corp. as NPI RD PM for almost 9 years. First 2 years to take care of hp's desktop mfg. at Mexico site in Ciudad Juarez, then transferred to deal w/ MSFT's Surface line, MR Hololens, and XBOX projects manufactured in Suzhou, China.

Mainly focus on NPI mat'ls readiness at PCBA level, and made all parts positioned on time to start the build in every NPI stage that earned customer's highly praise, no shortages and well managed the emergencies to secure the PCBA build can go smoothly, I'm able to work under high pressure and time limitation situations (incl. crisis management so as to mitigate the problems at sight).

• NPI work order planning & schedule arrangement along with proper adjustment.
• Coordination w/ factory's function teams management, such as material control, IQC, purchasers, MTE, EE RD, FPM, FA, MFG... etc.
• NRE recording & calculation of BOM costs for Sales team to submit quotation to Customers.
• BOM error check & feedback, and follow thru to secure BOM accuracy.
• Mfg. issue report & solution discussion (mostly for the path forward and further actions to take).
• New component design-in & launch schedule ctrl to meet up NPI planning.
• Contract/ confidential pricing extension (procure components exactly per buy-mode rule).

I worked at Anadem Information Inc for almost 2 years. Anadem is Compal's authorized distributor in White Box Business in Asia market. I was responsible for all DOA/ RMA & After-Sales service affairs, cooperation with the overseas repair depot, and warranty policy customization for each customer. Main customers in China such as Founder/ Tong-Fang/ Great Wall/ Hedy/ Haier... etc, I'm also familiar with the sales agreement discussion & consolidation, and also the email communication. In the early period I also used to contact with Compal's QA & SVC Dept to help organize & solve customer's product quality issues.

• Liaised with customers, management, and sales team to better understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Streamlined training processes for orders, tracking, expense recording and sale protocols to increase employee productivity and enhance sales.

At Cal-Comp I took charge of hp’s AIO printers. My job duty includes English email communication with hp Shanghai & Singapore's Procurement Dept., various reports update, forecast & weekly shipment plan maintenance, MRP system operation, monthly quotation submission, NRE cost and rework charge calculation, AP/ AR management & follow-up, and internal coordination among other departments... etc.
