• Responsible for leading the design team (5-10 people) to bid on and develop the design.
• Responsible for supervising the technical team (5-8 people) to ensure accurate implementation of the design work.
• Participate in project management to systematically optimize the complete workflow, design standards, and systematic quality control.
• Assist business development, procurement, finance, and other departments to review the scope of work in contracts, negotiate prices, and review professional subcontracts and payment processes.

• Lead, organize, and rebuild the design team (15-10 people), eliminate internal conflicts and friction, and empower team members to unleash their potential.
• Manage and coordinate internal and external designers, deepen the division of labor and collaboration between design institutes and rendering resources, complete design plans, or deepen design drawings.
