MANAGEMENT PHILOSOPHY

I believe a team cannot be managed by numbers alone, nor by attitude alone.
Numbers provide direction, discipline, and accountability; attitude determines execution quality, ownership, and resilience.

In my management approach, both are mandatory.
I set clear numerical targets to ensure focus and efficiency, while fostering a culture of responsibility, learning, and cross-functional collaboration.

Only when attitude supports the numbers, and numbers validate the attitude, can a team deliver sustainable and scalable results, especially in overseas operations.
