• Market analysis: Analysis of low- to middle-income families shows that most sofas on the market are currently too expensive, and Sufani can successfully attract this group with its high cost-effectiveness. As the number of new homes increases, we predict demand for upgrades to three-seater units will also rise.
• Highlights and benefits: We offer a wide range of customization options and additional extra services. It plans to promote through online social influencers and physical exhibitions, and is expected to achieve sales of 10 million pounds in the first half of 2024. According to data analysis, it is expected that profits will mainly come from the sales of additional services, with the goal of attracting at least 70% of customers to purchase upgrade projects to increase revenue.
