  • MS Office 2016 and O365 Suite support, core support on MS Outlook related issue and errors encountered by user: unable to send/receive emails, .ost recovery, .pst repair/recovery, etc
  • Supports on SAP and SAP Ariba. Guiding user to applying role, troubleshooting user access
  • VPN supports to users who work off-shore or home-based, troubleshoot and analyse the errors by providing with the correct fixes/solutions
