Main responsibilities include: designing automation systems for buildings to control and monitor HVAC systems for buildings, chiller control, lighting control, fire system, lift and escalator, building ventilation system, and energy management system by using a direct digital controller (DDC). Other responsibilities include:

• Preparing programs to ensure that all systems run automatically following the schedule and reduce energy wastage.
• For BMS upgrading projects, I am required to troubleshoot the main switch boards of the equipment so that it can be run in auto mode.
• Prepare various types of reports such as: progress reports, T&C trackers, building energy consumption reports, chiller plant efficiency, monthly progressive claims etc.
• Attend and present reports during meetings with senior management clients, consultants & main cons.
