a. Continuous ultrasonic welding tool path generated by using powermill software for both 3-axis and 5-axis milling CNC machine.

b. Analyzes drawings, blueprints, specifications, computer models and/or design data to correctly calculate part dimensions, tool selection, machine speeds and feed rates.

c. Determines reference points, machine cutting paths and/or location for holes, computes more complex angular and linear dimensions.

d. Programs more complex parts using CAM Software; generates accurate, usable NC Code for programs created.

e. Using Macros Technic, manually generate NC code for 3-4 various types of cutting parameters for drilling.

a. Sets up and operates one or more CNC(Microcut) controlled machines, performing such operations as drilling, milling, boring, turning, threading, tapping, etc; on any and all types of work within the scope of the machine.

b. Selects and loads proper CNC program in machine control to insure proper operation of the machine.

c. Pre-sets, shapes, sharpens and installs proper cutting tools, selects proper speeds, feeds and depth of cut to maintain proper quantity and quality standards.

d. Has first piece approved by inspection. Makes adjustments during production run as required to maintain quality parts.
