I'm a third-year Food Science and Biotechnology student at National Chung Hsing University in Taiwan. For my research project, I'm developing a calcium-fortified coffee from eggshell calcium, which involves a lot of weighing, small-batch trials and recording results. I also helped the Brazilian team at the UIBC International Youth Baker Competition and joined exchange programs in Australia and Japan. I'm available for a full-time internship from June to August 2027.
