Greetings !


I am passionate being Account Management, Project Management, Business Development & Sourcing. The experience of being sales, account manager, sourcing rep. were accumulated from those good companies I have been worked for & also self-learning. The coverage of products including thermal solution [Heat-sink, Fans] and mechanical and electronic parts [ plastics ME parts, rubbers, PCBA, electronic processors, semi-module] and components [Speakers, cables, screwed cetera]. Overall, the average project awarded was nearly 80-85% and the new client hit and developed successfully yearly. All clients are at industries, commercials, automotive tier 1 such as Continental/Aptiv/Bosch.


I am also enjoying to building the customer / suppliers' relationship and communication for providing the turnkey / total final solution to clients for their needs and wants. As a result of this, I have always led the way with driving sales target achieved and growing revenues and profits, expanding the products range, developing new chance, and successful project hit rates. My great strengths are project management skills and multi-capabilities such as customer communication skills and business development and negotiation skills and technical knowledge and cross function team collaboration.

I was collaborated with the Sourcing manager in Germany for dealing with suppliers in Taiwan and China, for quotes, negotiation, sourcing, plant audit, project discussion and supplier-chain management. Weekly meeting and yearly business traveling were required basically. The project management and problem solving were executed accurately, flexibility and productively based on the advantage of geographic and language as well as the working culture here.
