1. Recruitment and Human Resources

I am creative, not sticking to established practices, determinative, and self-confident, besides I have passion in exploring innovative stuff and conquering challenges. With the good qualities of MAGIC powerMobility, Adaptability, Global View, Irrepressible Resilience, and Conviction., plus the abilities that I learned from the higher education of independent thinking and learning how to learn, I am excellent in problem solving and working independently. Another precious ability that I gained from higher education is that I am able to work independently. For example, with the keen desire of watching the 2006 FIFA World Cup in German, I started funding since 2002, surmounted the language barrier and complicated procedures of ticket booking; finally, what I had gained was much more than watching the game but meanwhile expanded my global vision and learned how to get along with people from diversified cultures.

I adopt MindMap learning system to help me think with both left and right brains, plus enhance my logic thinking skills and inspire my creativity. While it usually took one year for other students to pass the entrance exam for the graduate school, I only spent less than three months to reach the same goal by applying MindMap system to study systematically and to do knowledge management. Moreover I have formed good habits in time management, good working attitude, and able to work with high morale whether under pressure. strategies. Besides, I had equipped myself with quite a few related trainings and courses, such as obtaining the certificate of TAITRA 2008 Brand and Channel Marketing Program, taking classes of economics, sitting in the classes of marketing management and advertisement. Furthermore, after participating the leadership training program lectured by the international maestro John C. Maxwell and his team, I have applied all of their teachings to my daily life. There was once at school that our team was assigned to do a team paper by referring to the documents in the library. Following the rules of leadership, I had successfully coordinated the two classmates who hated each other to work together and achieved the goal. Finally, our team became the fastest and most efficient group to submit the paper. I will follow my motto “Never Give Up” to persistently pursue this goal no matter how challenging it might be. I am ready to devote myself to the post to deliver great value . Hence, please give me a chance, I will prove what I said by outstanding performances.
