My name is Bo-Shune Fang. I hold a master’s degree with a major in Chemical engineer. Besides my major, I have also taken many course related to semiconductor manufacturing process like integrated circuits, and semiconductor physics components, which have prepared me for manufacturing process in the field of semiconductor industry.

Recognized for exceptional time management skills, resilience under pressure, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, consistently delivering high-quality results in academic and experimental settings. Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to contributing effectively within diverse organizational cultures.

Although I am a novice in this field, I am qualified for this position according to the requirements which were described in your advertisement. First, I have experience assbling MOCVD, sputtering, evaporation, ALD machines to support this position. Second, I have good teamwork spirit and communication skills due to my extracurricular experience. These two facts provide the evidence that I have a quite adequate ability to work in the international company.

【關於我】 座右銘:收容辨,執解決。 1979 年出生,高雄人,獅子座 B 型。 開朗、溫和,合群。 穩極解決,努力不懈是我的優勢。 樂觀使我遇到挫折可以馬上站起來,凡事認�聽別人講話,清楚了解對方想表達的意思, 使我較有親和力,並能圓滿的化解衝突。 碩班經歷讓我對於以後能夠為公司服務爭與建廠與實驗室規劃具備相應能力。 博班經歷讓我對於產品開發、實驗團隊和產學合作接洽,並具備直接與外籍工程師接洽合 作的能力。 半導體業界和學界研究工作經歷讓我具備更多彈性與可塑性。 【求學經歷與特質】 1) 碩班期間在實驗研究過程中培養獨立組裝實驗機台。 (包含 MOCVD、濺鍍、蒸鍍、PECVD)及自行規劃製程管線並具備實驗設計與規劃分析之 能力。 為未來合成無機化學(蒸生教授)實驗室,習得半導體物理化、半導體製程與設備 及變克斯光電晶學、電漿材料特、高等材料表面分析、化學品混和製成開關專業 知識。 對於有機金屬化學品和沉積技術具有相當的瞭解,並具備有關奈米材料學相關專業知識 與技術,對於如何解析或應用 採樣式電子顯微鏡分析儀(SEM)、X 光繞射分析儀(XRD)等 相關儀器之操作與裝樣分析熟悉。 碩班研究所的專長與研究領域為 MOCVD SYSTEM,利用第三丁基聯脲(TBHy)合成氮 化銦(InN)薄膜,為利應用於太陽能電池元件或 LED 元件 另因對於奈米材料有極深興趣,對於半導體製程應用亦有深入研習了解。 2) 清大博班化學所,為讓自己在專業領域有更多面的領域發展,選擇研習有機化合物 合成相關,有幸於清大化學所陳建澂教授實驗室,習得合成有機化合物與電極應用元件, 應用本身擅長的實驗機台組立與操作,協助實驗室同仁與學弟一同以提高所開發出新穎 材料的元件命數或裝率應用為目標。 清大化學所博班期間為豐富半導體元件設計與製作經驗,有機化學材料合成與分析能力。 期許未來能夠發揮其畢業經驗為國際貢獻能力與心力,幫公司解決問題,並滿足客戶端需 求,做來更多信賴與鏈。
