My name is Andrew Wang. I have a cheerful, open-minded, extrovert and have an amiable personality that allows me to become popular among people. I graduated from Minghsin University of Science and Technology, majoring in Department of Applied Foreign Language. Besides my major, I am grateful for an internship with one of the well-known teaching institutions in my junior year.
After graduating from college, I served as a electronic special gas sales specialist at one of top five industrial gas corporations in the world, I am responsible for service Foundry &LCD & LED industries’ customers, and with strong relationships and keen understand of the markets and competitive offerings I reached a lot of accomplishments in new business development, provide complete and appreciative solutions for customers in order to advance company sales revenue growth and profits, and even avoid some of risks occurred.The accomplishments as listed below
1. Revenue growth: During my time in managing focus accounts, the sales revenue went up 1,000% and 300% respectively for two key accounts, and the other two key accounts, growth by 400% and 240% respectively.
2. Maintain proper profitability: Have experience in negotiating with manufacturers to decrease its price for maintaining the company's proper marginable pricing strategies.
3. Tackle lack of raw material: Successfully shortened the delivery period of 3 months to reduce customer losses and regain the business through fully communicating with customers and strong relationship with shipping agents.
After that, I was a Sales Engineer at the one of listed company focusing on wafer level service(Mosfet & Diode wafer processed), be responsible for domestic and overseas Fabless customer including the Tier ones. With highly organized and efficient, I am assigned as leader to train and support the new employees. Besides, Daily co-work with PC team for planning production process matters and PM team supporting, I have become adept at not merely production planning but also solving and organized any engineering stage matters to customers.
Through the experience of working in international companies, I start to see things in a different light and think more westernized. I am looking forward to a new challenge and an opportunity to use my technical skills and experience in a different field and contribute as much value as I can.
