Representative Projects

• GWSS Project (Group-Wide Server Standardization): Guided teams to complete project events including system and infrastructure build-up. Negotiated with global IT team to acquire more project resources to make project more efficiently.
• Rollout of new core system (Cargo Wise One System): Negotiated with HQ IT Team to customize the project rollout methodology (Waterfall & Agile) to make the project can be launched successfully and cost effectively.

• Completed HQ focused projects successfully: new core system rollout project and global server standardization project.
