Personal Introduction

I'm Rita Hsu. I was born in Taichung. My family member have father and mother and two brothers. I'm the second child in my family. When I was a child, my whole family moved to New Taipei City. I grew up in Sanchong. During childhood and early teenage years, Sanchong had grasslands and rice fields everywhere. Presently, the city has become very prosperous. My first job was a fast food restaurant manager. The shop operation and management were my duties. The job period was about 2 years. My second job was a call center leader of over 100 customer service agents in PHS. I controlled the service rate over 90% and trained the new employees. The job period was about 10 years. I have been working in the service industry for over 10 years. I thought the customer service job wasn't permanent. At that time, I applied for the job of the human resource in the same company. Until now, HR job has been over 10 years. My main experience is compensation management. Though I haven't had much experience in recruitment, I challenged the recruiter in 3DL. My responsibility is recruiting excellent and potential talent in our industry. Recruiter is a very important responsibility that I must select the candidates that match our company. Until now, I have recruited over 10 candidates. I feel very fulfilled.
