• Designated Tool Owner for the equipment ensuring complete on-site setup for Tier 0, Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 hardware
• Conduct equipment upgrades, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance
• Diagnose equipment by applying effective troubleshooting techniques and using diagnostic tools
• Strictly follow company procedures, BKM, CEN, and customer-specific requirements for equipment Installation and calibrations
• Act as the appointed point of contact (POC) to oversee a specific customer's site throughout the ramp-up stage, record all equipment progress, and relay updates to customers and the internal business unit
• Educate Junior Engineers through on-the-job training (OJT) and impart knowledge about calibrations and troubleshooting techniques
• Adhere to the company's and customer's on-site requirements, including safety standards, compliance regulations, and environmental guidelines
• Perform a safety walk-around audit at the customer site to ensure the working environment is safe and report findings for resolution

• Responsible for addressing field failures (parts failure, equipment design complexity, workmanship issues) by effectively communicating with relevant internal groups, exchanging insights, advocating for solutions, and preventing future incidents.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders associated with non-conformance issues and manage action items that help resolve problems.
• Participate in diverse quality improvement efforts alongside the team.
• Focused on developing equipment Gantt charts and optimizing reports for installations (including both internal and external reports).
• Primary contact for field quality concerns related specific business units.

• Managing on-site projects for CCTV and security systems
• Setting up, configuring, integrating, testing, and maintaining various types of CCTV cameras, DVRs, and biometric access control systems
• Setting up networks (LAN), and resolving issues with DVRs and cameras
• Creating quotes and submitting inquiries to clients

• Supervision of electrical works on site
• Coordinate with the client, consultant, and architects and inform them of the progress of the project
• Computing the quantities of material at any variation
• Creation of invoices and weekly progress updates
