As a manager in the Wireless Wi-Fi Driver Team, I have dedicated the past ten years to developing Wi-Fi network technology. My focus has been on developing new features and maintaining Wi-Fi drivers in enterprise-grade Wi-Fi AP systems, which has allowed me to accumulate a wealth of experience. I possess a deep understanding of the IEEE802.11 protocol (Wi-Fi 5/6/7) and its practical application in design and implementation. With strong problem analysis and troubleshooting skills, I have successfully led a team of five engineers and completed several key features. One notable achievement was the implementation of the Client Balancing feature in enterprise-grade Wi-Fi APs, which balance client connection number among APs and improve overall wifi network performance This improved overall wifi network performance and significantly enhanced the product's market competitiveness. Additionally, I have driven internal process improvements within the team, ensuring clear software implementation layering and high portability. These efforts have not only shortened development cycles but also greatly improved feature quality. When collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams, the priority is effective communication and resource integration to ensure swift problem resolution. For example, in response to client-reported Wi-Fi performance issues, facilitate packet trace analysis and channel monitor tool to quickly pinpoint and resolve problems, resulting in improved user satisfaction.
