My name is Samuel. Due to my father's job, I was born in Belize, Central America, and returned to Taiwan when I was five years old. We are a Christian family, and most of my upbringing has been closely tied to the teachings of the Bible. My parents grew up independently and worked hard, instilling in me the principle of taking responsibility for my own life. Any decision I make must be thoroughly evaluated for all possible consequences, which has nurtured my ability to value logical thinking, risk assessment, and evaluating possibilities.

About Me:

I am outgoing and easygoing, often described by friends as humorous and full of creative ideas. I enjoy interacting with people and place great importance on logical analysis and thinking. I have a passion for proactive learning and am unafraid to take risks. The four most important elements in my life are health, family, career, and faith, and I believe these elements must be pursued with a mindset of continuous improvement. I am not afraid of running slower than others, but I fear standing still. Therefore, I maintain regular exercise habits, enjoying running, swimming, and weight training. I also like to experiment with different healthy recipes to keep my body energetic. On the mental side, I regularly read books on philosophy and psychology to reflect and think deeply. Adventurous Spirit - Willing to Challenge Myself:

At the age of 15, I studied abroad in Belize for six months to step out of my comfort zone and broaden my horizons. With only an elementary level of English proficiency, I improved my English skills to a communicative level with foreigners through continuous attempts and learning. The six months of experiencing cultural shock and language barriers on my own gave me excellent adaptability, enabling me to thrive in different environments.

Academic Journey:

I graduated from the College of Management's English Program at Yuan Ze University, majoring in Global Financial Management. Our program emphasizes an all-English teaching environment, with almost all courses taught in English, amounting to over 80 credits of English-taught courses. I actively participated in various activities both within and outside the school. I joined the departmental student association and served as the event coordinator, organizing many extracurricular activities such as freshman tea parties, welcome camps, and a six-department joint uniform party. Long-term communication and cooperation with officers and members from different departments enhanced my social and communication skills. In the College of Management's dance party activity group, I was the male lead in the promotional video, responsible for scriptwriting and video editing, which cultivated my self-learning ability in video editing and understanding of camera work logic. I also served as the Human Resources team leader for the Yuan Ze Hult Prize, collaborating with sponsors and inviting guest speakers for proposal teaching and planning competition processes. Additionally, I participated in the AISEC International Cultural Experience Camp as a group leader, leading elementary school students in activities and assisting them in cultural exchange events.In my spare time, I worked as a teaching assistant for the International Business course, assisting the professor with teaching activities. Simultaneously, I joined the Securities Research Club, dedicating time to studying overseas investments and entering the U.S. stock market. I thoroughly enjoy the logical analysis process in reading business reports by experts.
