- In Browave, my jobs cover product development, marketing investigation, team management, new product introduction and so on
- The major products are microoptics passive components including thin film device and device applied in amplifier
- Some projects are integration of device for customer´s requirement
- For such integration projects, I have to coordinate module team and component team to deliver the solution of cost-performance balance
- It is a complicated work to communicate among the customer and internal teams
- During 2010-2013 I also manage over 50 members team in China for product development and production technology
- The revenue of my product grown over 200%
- From 2013 to 2016, my job major to focus on new business development in USA market.To improve the RMA process, I establish a failure analysis engineering center in Taiwan
- This is an idea of customer service improvement
- Apart from the new business development in USA market, I also take new technology development in silicon photonics field from 2017
- Through the new project management of SiP, I know more about the Data Center and Transceiver market
- The thin film solution mux/demux for CWDM4/FR4 was volume production successfully on 2019Q2.
