  • The major products are microoptics passive components including thin film device and device applied in amplifier
  • Some projects are integration of device for customer´s requirement
  • For such integration projects, I have to coordinate module team and component team to deliver the solution of cost-performance balance
  • It is a complicated work to communicate among the customer and internal teams
  • During 2010-2013 I also manage over 50 members team in China for product development and production technology
  • The revenue of my product grown over 200%
