Good morning, I'm Sara. I'm 25 years old.
I love to cook, and have a strong desire to work in your restaurant .
After graduating from university, I worked at COAST Thai-French Seafood Restaurant in Taipei . In the past two years, I learned about Fine dining's innovation and delicacy in cooking, and how to bring new dining experience and creativity to guests. These are not seen in other ordinary restaurants. In the past two years, I have become more sure of my love for cooking, and I have also improved my basic skills. I have matured a lot of seafood knowledge and cooking techniques amd the importance of kitchen team work . I am responsible for the preparation and serving of cold dishes and making sourdough bread at COAST. Since COAST mainly focuses on Taiwanese seafood dishes, the cold table is the best place to learn seafood processing. In the past two years, I have handled various seafood dishes, from spear Shrimp, Chinese mitten crab , scallop, lobster and many fishes (bonito, red grouper, threadfins , etc.) Thai cooking techniques combined with the delicacy of French cuisine. In addition, I have recently studied making sourdough bread and cultivating sourdough yeast in depth, and I understand the fun and professionalism of making sourdough bread.

Firewood Restaurant with a Nordic Inspired Philosophy. We focuses on firewood cooking and fermentation. I started to work at grilled station in nkụ Restaurant and learn how to grill ingredients over direct fire . Mainly responsible for all meat and seafood meal preparation (hampachi, oyster , Red cornetfish , aged pigeon ,etc.) . The restaurant will deliver seasonal fish directly from Yilan Harbor every day, and then we mature them after processing. We also cooperate with small organic farms in Taiwan, using local organic ingredients to provide to customers . Fermented ingredients are the mainstay of our restaurant. We use fermentation to preserve ingredients and use them in different seasonal menus.
