Working as an employee in an SME has provided me with a definite edge towards building my future. It has enabled me to be more involved in each minute aspect of the workings of the company. Even though, my initial employment was mainly for the role of International Marketing and sales, over the years my role in the company increased to encompass the below

• I developed products based on brand's trend research and for the company's season catalogs.
• Created posters and promotional materials for exhibitions.
• Researched relevant exhibitions, applied for and participated in them.
• Building strong relationships with clients and sourcing their requests.
• Increasing client base using different platforms
• Working with brand's on their technical requirements, quotations and testing standards.
• Working on brand's factory audits, platform updates.
• Chemical and physical testing assistance for textiles.
• Mentoring junior team members and assuming an overall role in the company.

Being a teacher isn't without challenges, I was responsible for the mental as well educational growth of the children under my care. Teaching a new language is always a challenging task. However, I found it quite rewarding. As a teacher I was busy with the following tasks

• Developed innovative lesson plans using daily activities to equip students with tools necessary for daily life.
• Prepared and implemented lesson plans covering required course topics for TOEIC, GEPT and school curriculum.
• Planned dynamic lessons using games to peak students interests and enable quick thinking using English.
• Enhanced student comprehension by incorporating visual aids and hands-on activities in lessons.
