Responsibilities

• Own the definition and authoring of executable product specifications, translating product strategy and requirements into clear development artifacts while assessing technical feasibility, implementation risks, and resource trade-offs.
• Define and govern product scope, roadmap, and milestone planning across development phases, ensuring predictable and controlled delivery.
• Drive cross-functional product alignment and decision-making, coordinating with engineering, QA, design, and external stakeholders.
• Establish and govern product development processes, quality standards, and execution frameworks to ensure consistency and delivery excellence.
• Proactively identify process-, structure-, and product-level improvement opportunities, translating them into actionable initiatives.
• Coordinate and oversee project planning and execution across teams, ensuring alignment on dependencies, responsibilities, and delivery commitments.

Responsibilities

• Participated in early-stage project planning, including proposal development, solution articulation, presentation preparation, and support for pre-bid and bidding processes.
• Lead and facilitate internal and external meetings, including requirement workshops, progress reviews, training sessions, and project review meetings.
• Act as a key coordination point between clients, engineers, and designers to clarify requirements, define implementation details, and ensure shared understanding.
• Prepare mid-term and final project review reports, manage formal documentation, and support contract-related deliverables in accordance with project and client requirements.
