- Conduct IBP report monthly to align the Business Plan and Demand Plan for all Ethicon & Depuy Synthes products (Endo, Energy, Trauma, CMF, Mitek, Joints and PowerTool franchises)
- Collaborate with local Marketing and Regional Planning Team to get a consensus forecast for BP-DP alignment, product phased-in & out, etc. Clarify with the teams if the MAPE result is with the larger gap
- Conduct Bi-Weekly Supply Status report for all Ethicon & Depuy Synthes products to the commercial teams to communicate the BO fulfillment rate status and the recovery timeline of constraint items
- Conduct build-up cases for the regulation change in the Taiwan market. Communicate with the Regulation, Quality, Deliver, and Regional Planning teams for the build-up plan and execution
- Collaborate with the commercial teams on the FIVE project (Entrepreneurship Program) to react to the supply issue shortly
- Analyze root causes for Supply Chain KPIs. Propose and take actions to improve Supply Chain performance and achieve goals
- Place purchase orders for 3rd party vendor and CAPEX Orders, follow up PO status to ensure timely replenishment, and manage backorder

- Rating as Strong/ Strong level consecutive every year from 2021 until 2024
- Nominated as the best partner in enabling functions by the commercial team in 2022
- Returned a total of 46K USD in 2022. It was confirmed with the source for the return with a total of 182 EA excess stock by the end of Oct '22. Spot the OMP system error and returned a large shipment stock with a total of 358 EA; Returned for a total of 75K USD in 2024.
- Spot the additional shipment of 590EA from the source and prevented the additional 15866EA to be shipped out. Prevent a total of 165K USD over shipment in 2024.
- Conducted supply planning to maximize the customer order filled rate within reasonable inventory building and achieved overall order fill rate by amount 97.9%
- Controlled inventory in health level and achieved the standard deviation of planned inventory by 9.7%
- Led the communication with vendors, monitored ordering progress to ensure on-time delivery and tackled with pop up issues. Shortened lead time 10 days when receiving urgent orders from the US
- Analyzed the data to decide demand assumption and prevented potential shortage by identifying large preorder and clarifying FCST with the US
- Built monthly campaign units forecast by using historical sales analysis and promotion plans of marketing department, and narrowed the gap between sales and trends to under 20%
