• As the communicator between customers and our internal engineer and QA department when there is an issue or test request, I need to maintain the statistic and design experiments for customer's needs. Once customers have any questions or concerns about our products, I am the first responder to solve the issue and ensure customers smoothly using our product and service. As the test report needs from the customer or inner always come with the high emergency, the good sense of process arrangement and self-discipline allow me to provide the report and test result on time and professional.
• I also take charge of new product tests and potential supplier qualifications. One of the achievements at this position is that preventing a competition-driven supplier from entering our supply chain with a series of test report which proving their product was far from our current quality requirement.
• Owing to the covid-19, I help our global supplier-manage manager to do the annual audition at the Taiwan site. During the audition, I need to specifically check the supplier's report and record, to confirm they are meet ISO and our regulations. Meanwhile, I had to translate our manager's question and respond from the suppliers to complete these necessary annual auditions. These works require high concentration and communication skills to balance the atmosphere during the audition and figuring out their non-conformance then help them to improve.

1. Mainly serve the customers on product introduction, requested information providing, and arranging product to ship.

3. Customer relationship and business share maintenance

• As the contact person between customer and company, I needed to confirm the internal opinion when a customer requests new need on product design, shipping detail, or even pricing issue; as a result, I often co-worked with other departments or even multiple departments at customer's site. One of the records I made was the sales figures on one of my customers get the historical highest volume when the 3rd month after I took over their contact person.
• Although mainly our customers are the IC packaging company in Taiwan, I also serve other customers in East Asia, including Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Korea. Therefore, I frequently cooperate with forwarders like FedEx and DHL. One of my duty was to help my company to apply for customs clearance and tracing the shipping.
• Advantek is an international company, which means I regularly work with colleagues or supervisors from different cultures, nationalities, and languages. One of my achievement during my service is that to cooperate with my colleague from China and Philippine to settle a label-printing issue which has been unresolved for 2 years in Asia sites.
