SHAO-CHENG LIU

My name is Shao-Cheng Liu, and I am 27 years old. I am a pragmatic, disciplined, responsible, and detail-oriented individual. My academic journey has been a precious and unforgettable part of my life. While studying in the Department of Bio-Mechatronics Engineering at National Pingtung University of Science and Technology, I gained professional knowledge in electrical engineering. Beyond academics, I traveled extensively with friends and participated in a variety of activities, creating many cherished memories during this fulfilling period.

Throughout my four years at university, I was actively involved in the departmental volleyball team. This experience was not just about playing volleyball—it was also a process of personal growth. I served as a player, team captain, and event organizer. As someone with no prior volleyball experience, joining the team taught me the importance of effort and perseverance, which has since shaped my approach to work and problem-solving with a responsible and dedicated attitude.

After graduating and completing my military service, I began my first full-time job in September 2021 as an Adjustment Engineer at Tretec Technology Co., Ltd. I worked there until January 2024. My responsibilities included adjusting the Murata OHT tracks and electrical panels in cleanrooms at Micron in Houli and TSMC's F12P8 facility in Hsinchu. Additionally, I performed modifications and cleaning of the carts. I developed a keen interest in and patience for equipment maintenance and repair during this time.

Since January 2024, I have been working as an Assistant Equipment Engineer at Micron in Taichung. My primary responsibilities involve equipment maintenance, changeover, upgrades, and troubleshooting. This position requires rotating day and night shifts, which I have adapted to without difficulty.

I am well-acquainted with the cleanroom environment and have advanced from having no prior experience to quickly acquiring essential skills. These include reading electrical diagrams, using various hand tools, operating multimeters and oscilloscopes, and becoming proficient in all work-related tasks. My interest in equipment maintenance and repair continues to grow.

Currently, I hold a TOEIC score of 440, and I am committed to further improving my English skills. I believe my greatest strength lies in my passion for work and my positive attitude. I approach each day with a smile and a willingness to learn, constantly striving to enhance my abilities.

I like to go camping with friends and colleagues during my vacation and also go to the gym to work out.
