With over 20 years of experience teaching EFL in Taiwan, extensive work in diverse ESL/EFL settings has fostered a strong interest in learning design and instructional technology. Experience as a trainer, combined with studies in the Learning Design and Technologies (LDT) master’s program at Arizona State University, has provided valuable insights into curriculum development and instructional design. Skills include proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360, the ADDIE model, and media editing, all of which are geared toward transitioning into an instructional design role. At Eden English and the Hess Organization, efforts focused on creating supportive, engaging learning environments, incorporating thoughtful teaching strategies, and providing personalized feedback to help students improve language skills and build confidence. Collaboration with colleagues on lesson planning and student evaluation has further contributed to professional growth and a commitment to excellence in education.
