Customer support (CS) and is responsible for the maintenance, continue improvement for ASML EUV system. Provide system maintenance/Issue solution/upgrade support to customer.
Role:
- Arrange resource internal/external by daily/weekly on action sequence/manpower/material.
- Collaborate with worldwide engineer for upgrade/issue/maintenance support.
- Receive new upgrade and technical information from central team and well deliver to customer for machine upgrade/improvement.
Knowledge and training:
- EUV system scanner/source basic training and knowledge. (3600D/3800E)
- EUV 3800E Machine Father training.
- Good comprehensive knowledge in EUV machine overall operation and performance.
- Good communication skill in English.
- Able to prioritize resource between several difficult tasks.
